Noise
THE # 1 complaint on Marco about rental homes is noise.
No outdoor noise from 8 pm to 8 am. We suggest you stay inside the house after 8 pm.
IF the police visit the house during your stay, you are too loud.
You will pay the fine.
City Fines can be from $250 to $5,000 (five thousand). Plus the host agency has an administrative fine of $100 or more.
Vehicles & Parking

One vehicle per bedroom allowed on property.
Excess vehicles – you pay daily fine of $50/vehicle and we can tow them away
Never park overnight in the between sidewalk and street, or park to vehicle is over the sidewalk.

Your responsibility is to put garbage in outside bins AND put the bins at street Sunday and Wednesday night
We can charge you $50 if you don’t’ do this AND the cost to dispose of the trash.

House Condition
The house is clean when you arrive. You must leave the house in reasonably clean condition
Leave no more than 2 loads of laundry. You pay $25 for each extra load.
Leave the kitchen stove and counters fee of cooked food in pots and plates.
