The South Seas on the Gulf comprises of high, mid and low rise buildings. Weekly Marco Island condo rentals are available in Towers 3 and 4. All units offer choice offer direct Gulf front or Gulf and beach views.All units are fully furnished two bedroom, two bath privately owned condominiums. Gulf front units feature a wrap-around balcony. Sliding glass doors open from the living room and from both bedrooms.
Gulf view units offer beach and Gulf views. Some units have a balcony off the living room and both bedrooms. Others have a balcony off the living room and master bedroom only, with the guest bedroom enjoying views of our tropical island.
These privately owned residences are decorated according to each individual owner’s taste and style. Linens, towels, dishware, cookware, glassware and utensils are provided. Coin operated washers and dryers are located on each floor.
The South Seas property features lush tropical landscaping. Walking paths lead out to the beach and around the property to Collier Bay. Towers 3 and 4 share a (seasonally) heated swimming pool. A boardwalk leads out to the sandy beach, where you can find sea shells, watch the shore birds and dolphins play or just sit and soak up the warm Florida sun. Tennis courts may be rented for an hourly fee. There is covered parking; the Association requires all tenants to register and pay a nominal fee for parking.
