How are our units equipped?

Fully ready since they are someone’s sesasonal home. Each unit will have a fully functional kitchen. This includes dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, stove, refrigerator and dishware. Linens and towels are also provided.

How does renting a condo differ from renting a hotel room?

An individual unit is more spacious than a hotel or motel room. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, pool, and tennis courts at your disposal. You will not have valet parking, bell service, daily maid service, room service, or restaurants on premises.

What about cleaning?

We take care of it before you arrive and when you leave. Our company employs a housekeeper to clean the unit after you leave. This is included with your rental fee at the time you make your reservation. We ask and expect you to keep up the property throughout your stay and to do “light clean up” before leaving. This means bagging and disposing of trash, washing and storing dishes and removing food from refrigerator.

Linen/maid service. Rates include a one-time linen/towel set-up and cleaning service at the time you leave. Daily or interim maid service is not included in the rental rate but is available upon request for a fee. We suggest you bring beach towels, as we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit except for laundering.

What does the property look like?

The property you rent is privately owned so decorations, style, quality of furniture and color schemes vary. You can get a good idea of furnishings and style of property by reviewing the properties featured on our website.

Can I ask for specific properties and other requests?

Many of our guests stay with us year after year. Certain units become their “favorite home away from home”. We will note any special requests. However, sometimes maintenance problems do occur or a condominium is sold.
