The Capri home is a privately owned vacation residence located on Marco Island, Florida. This delightful home features a nautical theme throughout, and provides comfortable accommodations for up to six guests.
You and your family (and friends!) will enjoy watching daily sunsets from the home's screened lanai. The home has a small boat dock which you may tie a small boat or a jet ski up to. The location of the home provides quick access to the Gulf of Mexico via Roberts Bay.
There is a (seasonally) heated swimming pool, lots of patio furniture and pool toys, and a gas grille for cooking up delicious fresh-caught local fish.
The home features a split floorplan and great room. Relax in the comfy leather furniture in the livingroom or, watch TV or a movie on the DVD player in the family room. To keep up with the outside world, wireless internet access is available. There is a formal dining room and, a small dinette located off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with full-size appliances, all cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils. A washroom, located off the kitchen, has a full-sized washer and dryer.
Sleeping arrangements comprise of a king bed in the master suite, complete with television, a large walk-in closet and sliding glass doors that open out to the lanai. A full bath with tub and shower are adjacent. The two guest bedrooms offer one king bed and two twin beds, respectively. A full bath with tub/shower combination is shared.
