The Waterleaf home is a nice, comfortably furnished privately owned vacation rental pool home located in a quiet residential area of Marco Island, Florida. With accommodations for up to six guests, the home offers all the convenience and comfort you'd expect.
An open floorplan greets you as you open the door. The livingroom, dinette area and kitchen are combined. There is a small seating area off of the entrance.
Bedrooms comprise of a king bed in the master suite. There is a full bath with seperate tub and walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet. There is a television in the bedroom for entertainment. Sliding glass doors open out to the screened lanai. The guest bedrooms offer two twin beds and one queen bed, respectively. There is a shared bath with tub/shower combination. Each guest bedroom has a nice sized closet and, the queen bedroom also has sliding doors that open out the lanai.
The home is fully stocked with all appliances, dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils and linens. A washroom with full-sized washer and dryer are available. The screened lanai has a (seasonally) heated swimming pool, patio furniture and a gas grille. Enjoy daily sunsets as the home offers direct western exposure and, overlooks a wide canal. After your daily sunset, return inside and relax in the livingroom and watch a movie on the television with a DVD/VCR player combination.
